Aileen L. Sprague

Aileen Sprague’s practice consists of representing children poisoned by lead paint products. She has worked on individual lead poisoning cases on behalf of children harmed by lead paint and their families against property owners. Aileen served on the trial team in Rhode Island’s public nuisance case against the lead pigment industry.

Aileen clerked at the Rhode Island Superior Court prior to joining Motley Rice in 2003. She serves as President of the Rhode Island Women’s Bar Association and is a member of the board of directors.

In 2006, she co-authored Getting the Lead Out: How Public Nuisance Law Protects Rhode Island’s Children, 11 R.W.L.R. 603.
