Meghan S. B. Oliver
Associate Attorney

Meghan Oliver litigates complex federal securities fraud actions on behalf of unions, public pension funds and other institutional investors.

Prior to joining Motley Rice in 2007, Meghan worked for three years as a business litigation and antitrust associate in Washington, D.C. Her experience includes participation in general commercial litigation and antitrust litigation, including the trial of a multidistrict litigation antitrust case.  Additionally, she assisted in multiple corporate internal investigations. 

Prior to attending law school, Meghan lobbied Congress on behalf of several public health organizations, including the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials and the National Association of Chronic Disease Directors. She was a member of Phi Beta Kappa at the University of Virginia. Meghan is a member of the American Bar Association.
