Additionally, our South Carolina office features a video teleconference center that allows attorneys and staff to attend meetings and depositions and provide our clients with in-person representation while minimizing expenses.

Motley Rice's in-house litigation technology department is focused on utilizing the latest technology and looking ahead to tomorrow's developing resources. We educate, train and support our attorneys and staff on software, equipment and other resources necessary to prosecute our cases effectively, and share our courtroom resources with co-counsel through joint litigation efforts.

Litigation technology can bring a case to life, making it more understandable and visually engaging to judges and juries. Our staff creates systems and products to enhance case arguments through modern, automated evidence presentation technology.

Motley Rice operates our own websites as well as secure extranets that allow co-counsel and clients 24/7 access to current information. Specific extranets are customized for identified practice groups or cases, and contain relevant documents, detailed information and news.
