Urgent Reminders:

The deadline to apply for a Rupture claim was June 1, 2006. If you did not submit a Rupture Claim by that time, your Rupture Claim will be denied - even if you have a documented ruptured silicone gel breast implant.

The deadline to apply for Silicone Material Claims, ie Class 7 Claims was June 1, 2006. All claims for Disease or Expedited Release must be submitted by this date. The Fund will be closed permanently and no new claims will be allowed after this date.

The deadline for Class 5, 6.1, and 6.2 claimants to apply for Expedited Release was June 1, 2007.

On June 1, 2004, our office received Participation Booklets and Claims Booklets for each of our clients. An exact copy of what we received was mailed to each of you. Please be aware that any and all claims that you are eligible to participate in have been filed with the Claims Administrator. This mail out was just a formality with the Dow Corning Settlement Trust Facility. Again, we have filed any and all claims in which our clients are eligible to participate in.

Some of you may have received a letter from the Dow Corning Settlement Trust Facility stating that either your Disease, Explant or Rupture claim has been approved. If you have a received this letter, it simply means that one of the claims that was submitted on your behalf by our office has been approved. That settlement award will be sent out shortly to our office for disbursement to you. This does not mean that this is your entire award.

If you have any questions regarding your claim or if you feel that your medical condition has significantly gotten worse and you feel you now qualify for a higher disease category, please either call us at 800-431-2822 or e-mail us at breastimplant@motleyrice.com.
