Advair™
More than 3.5 million patients use the drug Advair. It is estimated that Advair "may be responsible" for as many as 4,000 of the 5,000 asthma-related deaths each year in the United States.
Medications can be life altering and frequently carry health risks. Health care providers and patients deserve to be properly informed of these risks. When pharmaceutical and biological companies fail to properly study their products before and/or after FDA approval; fail to properly analyze study results; fail to properly monitor, report and/or analyze adverse events; fail to properly market products; or fail to properly educate healthcare providers and patients about benefits and risks of these products, negligence occurs. Proving such negligence requires experience, creativity and adequate resources. The end result can change the way the industry practices and, most important, can save lives. Our team has the experience, personnel and resources to investigate the cases and effectuate necessary change.
Motley Rice lawyers represent individuals that have been injured by a variety of pharmaceutical drugs. Our lawyers have years of experience litigating cases against manufacturers of defective products including those produced by the the pharmaceutical industry.
