Nursing home litigation involves an enormous amount of time, energy, and resources due to a wide range of laws and unique issues. Attendees will walk through the steps of a nursing home malpractice claim from investigation through litigation and will learn the most up-to-date laws pertinent to nursing homes and how typical cases move through the legal system. The seminar is hosted by the National Business Institute (NBI), one of the largest providers of legal and professional education in the nation.
