AAJ Winter Convention: Motley Rice member to discuss post-settlement considerations

Motley Rice member Don Migliori will be speaking at the American Association for Justice’s (AAJ) upcoming 2011 Winter Convention. The conference will be held from Feb. 4 to Feb. 9, 2011 at Loews in Miami Beach, Fla.

Migliori will participate in a panel discussion entitled “Maximizing Results in Post-Settlement Considerations” on Sunday, Feb. 6 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and Monday, Feb. 7 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Other panel members include: Tim Tomasik of Clifford Law Offices, Matt Garretson of The Garretson Firm and B.J. Etscheid of Brook-Hollow Financial.
