Mary Schiavo comments on air traffic control problems and fatal Hudson River crash

Aviation attorney Mary Schiavo discusses the recent suspension of two air traffic controllers who were on duty at the time of a deadly mid-air collision over the Hudson River. Because the controllers may have violated FAA regulations, the FAA is required to investigate and is currently in the process of trying to find answers. A tour helicopter and small plane collided on August 8, 2009, killing a Pennsylvania family of three, helicopter pilot and five Italian tourists.
