Attorney Mary Schiavo comments on airports' cargo security

Aviation attorney Mary Schiavo speaks on CBS's The Early Show about  the need for better air cargo security in our nation's airports. As little as 15% of cargo is currently inspected, and Schiavo says that this low percentage is primarily due to a lack of time and money and is not a percentage that will increase until a comprehensive security system is created.
