ATV death prompts call for better regulation

Motley Rice attorney Don Migliori comments on a civil suit alleging negligence and wrongful death in a case involving the ATV-related death of a young woman. Migliori is representing the family of the deceased and says that the purpose of the case is to enforce accountability, provide adequate compensation to the family and promote increased ATV safety precautions.
