Aviation attorney and former Transportation Department Inspector General Mary Schiavo speaks to Bloomberg Radio about the federal investigation into why two Northwest Airlines pilots failed to make radio contact with ground controllers for more than an hour, overshooting their landing destination at Minneapolis airport by 150 miles. Northwest Airlines flight 188 was flying from SanDiego to Minneapolis carrying 144 passengers and five crew, and no one on board was harmed.
