Mary Schiavo discusses passenger rights rules on CBS News

Former Inspector General of the U.S. Department of Transportation and Motley Rice Aviation Attorney Mary Schiavo speaks with CBS's The Early Show to discuss the DOT's new rules regarding passenger rights, specifically the new "Three Hour Rule" assuring passengers that they cannot be held on a tarmac longer than three hours.
