Aviation attorney Mary Schiavo discusses the current problems in commercial aviation

Mary Schiavo speaks with The O'Reilly Factor host Bill O'Reilly about current problems facing our nation's airports. In response to O'Reilly's claim that the entire aviation system has been breaking down, Schiavo suggests that the government may need to step in and makes changes such as enforcing landing limitations and creating a body of rights for passengers.
