Aviation attorney Mary Schiavo featured in pilot fatigue documentary

Motley Rice attorney and former Department of Transportation Inspector General Mary Schiavo discusses aviation safety in a documentary about pilot fatigue featured by Canadian Broadcast Network CBC. Referencing such disasters as Colgan/Continental Air Flight 3407, the fatal crash near Buffalo on February 12, 2009, Schiavo says that airines are notorious for taking shortcuts to save money and shares insight into what she calls the "perfect storm of problems."
