Charter jet crash throws spotlight on unfit flights

Attorney Mary Schiavo discusses "loophole airlines" and cites the current investigation of the corporate jet that crashed at Teterboro Airport four years ago. The company that flew the corporate jet was an unqualified charter operator that circumvented federal regulations and, according to Schiavo, is not the first to seek loopholes around flight rules.
