In-flight entertainment systems raise safety concerns

Aviation attorney Mary Schiavo comments on the potential risk of increasingly more sophisticated in-flight entertainment systems that she says may be setting the industry up for potential disasters. Over the past decade, airline maintenance workers have reported hundreds of problems with the systems, some of which have even forced emergency landings.
