Investigators probe site for cause of D.C. crash

Federal officials continue to search for the cause of Monday's Red Line train crash in Washington, D.C., and are beginning to piece together the events surrounding the crash that injured 80 and killed nine. Investigators are currently examining everything from track conditions and train signals to maintenance and train control systems.
