Mary Schiavo discusses NTSB hearing on Buffalo plane crash

Aviation attorney Mary Schiavo discusses the information that the NTSB hearing has revealed about February's Buffalo plane crash and comments on why the pilot training was so poor. She tells CBS' The Early Show that pilot training is the airline's responsibility, and also emphasizes that the FAA's training requirements of airlines are only the bare minimum and faults both the FAA and airlines for their role in such tragedies.
