Motley Rice anti-terrorism attorney comments on lawsuit against Galleon founder Rajaratnam following year-long investigation
In an interview with American Lawyer, anti-terrorism attorney Mike Elsner speaks about Motley Rice's numerous anti-terrorism cases and its most recent lawsuit on behalf of Sri Lankan terrorist attack victims against Galleon founder Rajaratnam and his father for allegedly funding terrorist activity by providing financial support to the Sri Lankan Tamil Tiger (LTTE) terrorist group. The case is Krishanthi et al v. Rajaratnam et al. and is filed in the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey.
