Motley Rice attorney Don Migliori comments on nationwide hernia patch lawsuits

Motley Rice attorney Don Migliori comments on the first lawsuit of thousands against Cranston-based company Davol, Inc. over its Composix® Kugel® Mesh hernia repair patch. This case, headed to U.S. District Court in Rhode Island on Monday, March 29, 2010, targets patches manufactured between 2001 and 2006 and alleges that Davol, Inc. manufactured and marketed faulty hernia repair patches. Serving as lead counsel in this multidistrict litigation, Migliori says that close to 100,000 patients may have been affected by the hernia patches under dispute.
