Motley Rice attorney Fred Thompson named to Zicam Plaintiffs' Steering Committee

Motley Rice member attorney Fred Thompson was named  a member of the Zicam MDL Personal Injury Plaintiffs' Steering Committee (PSC) in an order entered by United States District Judge Frederick J. Martone on Wednesday, April 7, 2010.  

Zicam is an over-the-counter nasal spray manufactured by Matrixx Initiatives and is used to relieve symptoms associated with the common cold and flu. The loss of taste and smell, a condition known as anosmia, has been associated with the use of Zicam.
