Motley Rice attorneys Rett Guerry and Ben Cunningham, working with co-counsel Jimmy Rodgers of the Tennessee firm Summers and Wyatt, were granted a plaintiff’s verdict September 22, 2009 on behalf of their client in the case of Marian Jackson, individually and as surviving spouse of Kenneth W. Jackson v. National Service Industries, Inc. (f/k/a North Brothers, Inc.). This was the first asbestos-related verdict against North Brothers, a combustion engineering plant based in Chattanooga, TN.
