Motley Rice Marketing and Communications Director speaks at leadership conference

Motley Rice Marketing and Communications Director, Alicia G. Ward, will participate in the 2010 Porter Gaud Girls Leadership Conference being held Saturday, April 17, 2010, in Charleston, SC. Attending the conference as a career role model, she will also be participating in the lunch panel discussion with Dr. Lisa Thomson Ross, an Associate Professor of Psychology at the College of Charleston.

The Girls Leadership Conference is a unique opportunity for girls in grades 1-12 to explore their leadership potential and strengthen skills that will help them succeed. Each girl will participate in hands-on activities and interact with interesting, successful career women while exploring personal leadership style.The keynote presentation will be delivered by Sallie Krawcheck, named one of "The World's 100 Most Powerful Women" by Forbes Magazine in 2005.
