Motley Rice proud to be named to the 2009 SCAS 50 list in recognition of securities litigation work

Motley Rice is pleased to announce that it has been named to the Securities Class Action Services (SCAS) 2009 SCAS 50, a list of the top 50 plaintiffs' law firms ranked by the total dollar amount of final securities class action settlements occurring in 2009 in which the law firm served as lead or co-lead counsel. Motley Rice was also individually recognized as one of the more "non-traditional securities litigation firms...that bring some serious mass-tort or personal injury street cred"  to the list of ranked firms.

SCAS 50 evaluates law firms in three main ways-- total settlement dollars, total number of settlements and average value per settlement.
