NASA survey results may show that airline safety is in question
Aviation attorney Mary Schiavo speaks with the Fox Business Network on NASA's decision to not release the results of a recent aviation industry survey. The survey allegedly reports that safety problems are worse than previously thought, and there is speculation that NASA will not reveal the results for fear of upsetting the public and hurting the airlines. Schiavo, however, thinks that the information provided in the reports would not pose a threat to airlines or the public and would actually prove helpful in future decisions regarding precautionary safety measures.
