Nuclear Contamination Meetings: Tennessee residents discuss potential lawsuit
Motley Rice LLC, along with Rogers, Laughlin, Nunnally, Hood & Crum, P.C., and Napoli Bern Ripka & Associates LLP, held a second set of town hall meetings Tuesday, May 17, 2011, to discuss the potential legal options of those in the Erwin, Tenn. area who may have been exposed to radiation contamination by the Nuclear Fuel Services (NFS) facility owned by Babcock & Wilcox and its subsidiaries.
The goal of the town hall meetings has been to empower residents and serve as an open, educational forum for discussion. All potential claimants and area residents were invited to attend and encouraged to inform anyone who lived or worked in the area about the meetings.
