Officials seek clues in D.C. subway train crash

Investigators are continuing to analyze potential factors in the worst commuter rail accident in Washington, D.C.'s history. These factors include track conditions, train maintenance, transit system signals and operator experience. Two trains collided in Northeast Washington on June 22, 2009, killing nine and injuring numerous others.
