Public Justice Foundation nominates trial lawyer Anne Kearse to Executive Committee

Motley Rice is proud to announce that attorney Anne Kearse was elected to serve on the Executive Committee of the Public Justice Foundation. The election took place during the Public Justice Foundation's annual meeting on Sunday, July 11, 2010, from            2:00 p.m. - 2:15 p.m. at the Fairmont Waterfront in Vancouver, British Columbia.

The Public Justice Foundation is a not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) membership organization that supports Public Justice's socially impactful litigation efforts and educates the public about emerging issues involving consumers' rights, workers' rights, civil rights and liberties, environmental protection, public health and safety and access to the courts.
