Securities attorney Badge Humphries named Chairperson of SCAJ Securities Committee

Motley Rice is pleased to announce that attorney Badge Humphries was recently appointed to serve as Chairperson for the South Carolina Association for Justice (SCAJ) Securities Committee in recognition of his work representing institutional investors and individuals in complex securities fraud and shareholder litigation. Founded more than 40 years ago by only a handful of trial lawyers, the SCAJ is now a statewide organization whose mission continues to be protecting and advocating for the individual rights and safety of South Carolina citizens.
