September 11th damages trial to use cockpit tapes

Motley Rice attorney Don Migliori comments on evidence that may be allowed by a 9/11 victim's family in a wrongful death lawsuit against airlines and their security contractors. This evidence is a taped recording of the final moments before one of the hijacked planes crashed in Pennsylvania and, according to Migliori, may be one of the most important pieces of evidence.
