Sofa Super Store cases continue with 18 new defendants and trial date

The Sofa Super Store fire trial date has been tentatively set for December 1, 2009. Motley Rice attorney Kevin Dean says that the cases' 18 new defendants include contractors, distributors, manufacturers, materials suppliers and builders who may have played a part in the ignition of the fire. The case now has 30 defendants.
