Suit targets Force Protection leaders

Motley Rice attorney Badge Humphries comments on a lawsuit that has been filed against Force Protection Inc., an armored vehicle manufacturer. Filed on behalf of the company by three shareholders, the lawsuit alleges that nine current and former company executives committed insider trading, misappropriation of information, breach of fiduciary duty and additional abuses of power.
