Tiverton soil cleanup to start in fall 2009

Motley Rice attorney Bob McConnell comments on the clean-up of toxic soil in North Tiverton, Rhode Island, that is expected to begin in September 2009. The clean-up is the result of a legal battle that ensued following the discovery of toxins in August 2002 and will involve the excavation of soil testing positive for lead, arsenic, cyanide and other toxic compounds.
