Travis Barker sues over "defective" jet crash
Travis Barker is filing a negligence lawsuit against Learjet manufacturer Bombardier, Inc., charter services Clay Lacy Aviation and Global Exec Aviation, and Goodyear Tire and Rubber following the September plane crash in which he was badly injured. Aviation attorney Mary Schiavo discusses the lawsuit with E! News, saying that pilots and companies that lease and fly planes are responsible for safely transporting their passengers to their final destination.
