Value of suing over 9/11 deaths is still unsettled

Motley Rice attorney Don Migliori comments on the September 11th Victims Compensation Fund that Congress created post 9/11 for survivors and families of victims. Most accepted the compensation from this fund. A new report suggests, however, that the few who rejected the fund in favor of going to court fared better financially.
