Global Experience
MULTINATIONAL OR CROSS BORDER LITIGATION
Motley Rice, along with co-counsel located within the country of the crash, is currently litigating several international cases including Brazil (country of manufacturer of the Embraer Regional Jet) and Canada (country of manufacturer of the Bombardier CRJ). We believe in not only furthering aviation safety standards in our own country, but also that it is integral to the flying public that the same safety standards are in place regardless of location and destination of flight. We also are currently litigating cases in Canada with co-counsel Will Barristers: Morin & Miller including an Airbus A340 that attempted to land in a thunderstorm and overshot the landing, crashed into a ravine and burned, and a 747 that crashed on takeoff. Motley Rice is determined to make airlines, airports, maintenance and manufacturers around the globe accountable when their services and equipment result in injury or death.
