Anthrax case spurs liability questions

Motley Rice attorney Mike Elsner comments on why negligence lawsuits against the federal government in an anthrax case may be warranted. After five were killed and 17 injured following exposure to anthrax, the federal government is facing claims that it failed to properly secure dangerous substances and neglected to ensure that employees in charge of dangerous substances were of sound mind.
