Year in Review: Motley Rice securities lawyer Rebecca Katz recaps 2012 shareholder litigation at FPPTA

As the New Year begins, Motley Rice securities fraud litigator Rebecca Katz will discuss "Shareholder Litigation: 2012 Year in Review" at the upcoming Florida Public Pension Trustees Association (FPPTA) Trustees School in Ponte Vedra Beach on Jan. 29, 2013.

Along with another panelist, Katz will offer a year-end analysis and review for shareholders and public pension fund trustees. The FPPTA Trustees School is an opportunity for trustees and fund administrators to learn more about the issues facing their funds, as well as their fiduciary duties, so that they can make more educated and informed decisions for their public pension funds.
