Mass Tort Strategies: Motley Rice members to present on latest pelvic mesh litigation developments
Motley Rice members Fidelma Fitzpatrick and Fred Thompson have been invited to speak at that Mass Tort Strategies Pharmaceutical & Medical Device Litigation Workshop at Trump International Hotel and Tower in Chicago on Monday, May 21, 2012.
Fitzpatrick will present on the science and epidemiology involved in pelvic mesh lawsuits. Thompson will participate in a panel discussion on the coordination of the West Virginia pelvic mesh MDLs, as well as trial settings and strategy.
