2011 RIAJ Seminar: Keynote speakers to present on jury research findings

The Rhode Island Association for Justice (RIAJ) welcomes nationally known trial consultants David Ball and Don Keenan to deliver their acclaimed "Welcome to the Revolution" seminar on Friday, Oct. 14 and Saturday, Oct.15, 2011, at the Providence Westin in Providence, R.I.

Keenan and Ball have conducted seminars across the country to share with trial lawyers the strategies outlined in Reptile: The 2009 Manual of the Plaintiffs' Revolution, a work that analyzes the decision-making process of jurors as it relates to the human "fight or flight" response. To date, these seminars have drawn more than 2,500 trial lawyers who have reported more than $1.1 billion in verdicts and settlements using Ball and Keenan's "reptilian" tactics.
