Asbestos Lawyer Honored: West Virginia attorney John Hurst named to Super Lawyers® Rising Stars

Based in the firm’s Morgantown, W. Va., office, Hurst represents individual workers and family members suffering from mesothelioma and other asbestos-related diseases resulting from occupational, environmental and household exposure to asbestos.
He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the University of North Carolina School of Law.
