Mass Tort Symposium: Medical device lawyer to speak on preemption at upcoming event

Motley Rice's medical practice group leader Fred Thompson will serve as a guest speaker at the 11th Annual Class Action /Mass Tort Symposium being held on Friday, Dec. 9, 2011, at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in New Orleans. Speakers from across the United States come together at this conference to discuss emerging issues in class action and mass tort law.

Thompson will serve on a panel at 9:15 a.m. entitled "Navigating  Preemption after Mensing" with Nicholas J. Drakulich, Michael K. Johnson and Michael J. Miller.
