Project GO! Announcement: Media alert for coming volunteer event

MOTLEY RICE INAUGURAL PROJECT GO! KICKS OFF

Firm employees participate in four local volunteer events

What: Project GO! is the first firm-organized volunteer day during which employees will dedicate a portion of their normal office hours to non-profit groups and organizations in the Charleston area. We will be helping local veterans and students as well as community parks and neighborhoods.

When: April 28, 2011 and May 5, 2011, 9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Where: On April 28, Motley Rice employees will be volunteering at the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center, J. Mitchell Math and Science Elementary School, Elliotborough Park and Community Garden and East Cooper Community Outreach. On May 5, employees will be busy at the USS Yorktown helping with the VA hospital's Operation Homecoming event or participating in landscaping and repair work at Elliotborough Park and Community Garden and East Cooper Community Outreach. 

Why: Giving back is an essential part of the Motley Rice culture. Our mission is to go beyond the office and courtroom walls in order to better our local and national communities.
