Asbestos bankruptcy conference invites Motley Rice asbestos lawyers Nate Finch and John Baden to speak

On Wednesday, October 6, 2010, Motley Rice asbestos lawyers Nate Finch and John Baden will serve as guest speakers at the Asbestos Bankruptcy Current Trends and Future Conference being held at the Westin Times Square in New York, New York to address emerging issues involving asbestos bankruptcy and litigation.

Nate Finch, a Motley Rice member attorney who has worked on numerous asbestos lawsuits and complex bankruptcy cases, will serve on a panel entitled, "A Post Mortem of the WR Grace Estimation Trial," at 3:00 p.m.

John Baden, an asbestos lawyer who also has years of experience working on complex bankruptcy cases, will speak at 4:00 p.m. on a panel entitled, "Changing Politics of Asbestos Bankruptcies."
