National Business Institute: Motley Rice member to present on nursing home litigation

The National Business Institute (NBI) invited Motley Rice member and nursing home lawyer Kimberly Barone Baden to present at its Nursing Home Failure of Care teleconference on Thursday, July 19, 2012, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

The program will help participants learn the essential skills required to effectively resolve nursing home malpractice cases. Barone Baden will cover current and emerging developments in nursing home litigation, focusing on legal updates, evaluating real-life case studies and deciphering medical documents.
