Nursing Home Abuse: Motley Rice attorney presents on issues facing elder law and nursing home litigation

Motley Rice attorney and nursing home abuse lawyer Kimberly Barone Baden will present at the National Business Institute’s upcoming CLE program, Advanced Elder Law: Planning for Long-Term Care and Litigating Abuse on Feb. 26, 2014 in Columbia, S.C., at the Clarion Town House Hotel.  She will speak from 2:45 until 3:30 p.m., on Nursing Home/Assisted Living Facility Abuse and Exploitation, including effective use of experts and witnesses, settlement and negotiation strategies and trial tactics for a nursing home or assisted living facility lawsuits.

Kimberly manages Motley Rice’s nursing home abuse and neglect litigation practice and represents many elderly citizens and their families in abuse, neglect and wrongful death cases.
