HB Litigation Conference: Motley Rice members to speak on asbestos litigation trial strategy

Motley Rice members Nate Finch and Vin Greene will serve as guest speakers at the upcoming HB Litigation Conference, "Northeast Asbestos Litigators and Judges Forum," being held on Thursday, June 21, 2012, at Thomson Hall in New York.

Greene will discuss recent asbestos trials during the "Is there Hope in the Hope State for Asbestos Litigation (RI) and I Love New York ?Asbestos'" presentation along with Jennifer Whelan of McGivney & Kluger P.C.; Paul Scrudato of Schiff Hardin LLP; and Douglas von Oiste of Karst & von Oiste, LLC.

In the afternoon, Finch will co- present, "Trusting the System: The Intersection of Litigation and Trust Claims," with Nicholas Vari of K&L Gates LLP and William Shelley of Cozen O'Connor. This discussion will address how to obtain needed information from trusts and best practices for trial use.
