Motley Rice co-founder Joe Rice and member John Herrick have been invited to present at the upcoming HarrisMartin Federal and State Asbestos Litigation Conference being held at the LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort in Naples, Fla., from Feb. 20 to 21, 2012.

Rice, who is co-chairing the event with David Craig Landin of Junton & Williams LLP, will give welcoming remarks on Monday at 8:15 a.m. From 10:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Herrick will speak as part of a discussion entitled, "Mardoc MDL - Will it be Different this Time Around and Why?" with Michael Cole of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP.
