9/11 Victim's Perspective: Don Migliori to speak on 9/11 aviation security and anti-terrorism litigation

Syracuse University's Institute for National Security and Counterterrorism (INSCT) will host "9/11 Litigation: Aviation Security and Anti-Terrorism from the Victim's Perspective" on Sept. 29, 2011, from 11:45 a.m. to 12:50 p.m. in Room 204 at Syracuse University College of Law.

Motley Rice attorney Don Migliori will share with the audience his extensive knowledge of 9/11 litigation, having represented families of loves ones killed by the terrorist attacks, both in court and before the 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund. In addition to serving as co-leader of his firm's aviation team and representing terrorism victims through discovery, mediations and settlements of 9/11 aviation liability and damages, he is also a lead attorney of the 9/11 Families United to Bankrupt Terrorism litigation designed to bankrupt the financiers of al Qaeda.
