GM MDL Leadership: Motley Rice co-founder Joe Rice appointed to PEC for GM Ignition Switch Litigation

On Aug. 15, 2014, Motley Rice co-founder Joe Rice was appointed to the Plaintiffs’ Executive Committee (PEC) for the In re General Motors LLC Ignition Switch Litigation, MDL # 2543 in the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of New York before Judge Jesse M. Furman. This multidistrict litigation alleges damages due to the unsafe and defective condition of GM vehicles including the ignition switch and other vehicle defects.
